The Swiss Inline Youth package contains 25 animated drills and 42 videos of basic skating and stickhandling skills for younger players (U9-U12). The video instructions show the detailed technical aspects needed to teach the fundamentals to beginners and intermediate level players. In addition, the animated drills are a mix of individual technical drills, races and small area games that foster the learning of the skills shown in the video clips. The videos focus on individual skating and stickhandling drills that can be used to work on basic skating and stickhandling techniques.

Michael Friedli
Michael Friedli has been a central figure in Swiss Inline Hockey as a player and as a coach since 1994. He was one of the founders of ihcSF Linth, the biggest inline club in Switzerland, and in the last 20 years he has coached at all levels in the club as well as being their Head of Development for all teams. Internationally, Michael coached the Swiss U19 Team and assisted with the Swiss U17 program for 8 years, participating in all the European and World Championships during that time. He has been the head coach of the Swiss Men’s National Inline Team since 2016 and is currently the head coach of RS Tuggen of the Swiss National League. He has conducted coaching clinics and youth camps all over Switzerland.
